LERA MLS subscribers have access to CubiCasa, a mobile app that creates detailed, visually appealing floor plans with a simple five-minute scan of a home.

CubiCasa works on most smartphones and tablets and requires no special equipment or extensive training, making it an easy way to enhance your listing presentations and marketing.

What’s Included

As a LERA MLS subscriber, you receive:

  • Free 2D floor plans, including room dimensions, for properties up to 5,000 square feet of scanned area
  • 25% discount on CubiCasa Plus packages and add-ons, including appraisal-grade GLA floor plans, 6-hour rush orders, and 3D products.
  • Access to CubiCasa’s directory of real estate photographers, if you prefer to work with a professional (you may also use your own photographer)

How to Get Started

Step 1: Create or Log Into Your CubiCasa Account
Visit CubiCasa and create an account using your preferred email address. If you already have an account, simply log in.

Step 2: Affiliate Your Account with LERA
To receive your free floor plans and discounted pricing, you must affiliate your CubiCasa account with LERA:

  • During account setup, select LERA from the MLS/Association dropdown menu,

    • or

  • If you already have an account, update your MLS affiliation in your CubiCasa profile settings within your dashboard.

    • Once affiliated, your subscriber benefits will automatically apply.
