Who Can Join?

Non-REALTOR® MLS Subscriber: A licensed real estate professional through TREC who pays for MLS access only. They are not members of SABOR, Texas REALTORS®, or NAR, and therefore do not receive association benefits or REALTOR® status.

MLS-Only (Member of another Association): Does not pay SABOR local dues. Pays the quarterly MLS fee ($190) and dues to their primary association. Not eligible for SABOR committees, events, or meetings.

Secondary Membership: If an agent belongs to another association and also joins SABOR, they do pay SABOR local dues, receive SABOR local benefits (including eligibility for committees/events/meetings), and qualify for the reduced quarterly MLS fee ($160).
