Social Media Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Open to U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Must have a valid Facebook and Instagram account.
  • Employees and Board members of LERA MLS and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Entry Period

Giveaway begins Friday, May 29, 2026
Entries will be accepted until Friday, June 12, 2026

Prize

One (1) winner will receive four (4) season passes to Six Flags Fiesta Texas.

* Prize has no cash value and may not be substituted, assigned or transferred.

How to Enter

Participants must:

  1. Follow LERA MLS on Facebook.
  2. Follow @lera.mls on Instagram.
  3. Comment on the official giveaway post (either on Facebook or Instagram) answering the question: “Which ride are you heading to first at Fiesta Texas?”
  4. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments or entries will not increase chances of winning.

Winner Selection and Notification

  • One winner will be selected at random on Monday, June 15, 2026
  • The winner will be notified via Facebook or Instagram direct message/comment
  • If the selected winner does not respond and claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of the initial notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at LERA MLS’s sole discretion.
  • Notification attempts may be made via Facebook comment, Facebook Messenger, Instagram direct message or other contact methods associated with the entrant’s account. It is the entrant’s responsibility to monitor their messages, comments and message requests during the giveaway period.
  • LERA MLS is not responsible for missed notifications due to spam filters, message requests, privacy settings, internet issues, account inactivity or any other reason.
  • The subscriber of the account used to enter at the time of entry will be deemed the participant and must comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Each winner agrees that, by participating LERA MLS and their respective affiliates may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Publicity Release

By participating, entrants grant LERA MLS permission to use their name, social media handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  • LERA MLS reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if necessary.
  • Entrant agrees that LERA MLS’s decisions related to this giveaway and all distribution of prizes are final.
